You May Be Too Good To Know What Happiness Is

I tell you why you will painstakingly seek happiness with a dream of having a lot of money, a big house, or a gorgeous car, it is because today you still have your eyesight to see clearly; your teeth to chew and smile with; your thick hair to make you presentable, etc. Once you lose any or some of them, you will get to know what happiness is.
Life is to teach us “not everything we own innately is guaranteed”, even though we are born with it. One day, we may wake up to find our eyesight gone, warning us about the importance of taking care. Not knowing when it returns allowing us to see again, we will be crazily filled with gratitude and joy. This indicates that true happiness isn’t found in the pursuit of external things, but in appreciating the blessings we have. Often, we take our teeth for granted, assuming they will always be there for us to chew and smile with. Not until one day we lose them do we realize their power of irreplaceability. We should learn to cherish what we have, recognizing that nothing is for granted and we should celebrate it every day.
Don’t waste time pursuing happiness from external sources hoping to be a wealthy person owning extravagance to fill your vanity. We are already happy when healthy enough to do whatever we want and need. People moan about the plight of finding happiness because they do so according to their notion that they can only be happy when they are rich with tons of material things, failing to feel grateful and happy for their good health.
From today on, take good care of your eyes; ears, teeth; hair; and every part of your body, and you will be a truly happy person. Humans are insignificant compared with the universe, owning good health is already the biggest happiness and we should not be greedy with any dream of owning a lot.

While we are bestowed upon enjoying the advantages of it, we can also flee the disadvantages of it. How? I will tell you in my books and blogs.
