A wounded man

He has a wound never healed in the area of love. He can never love again even if there is a woman who is willing to make the most effort to love him. He can never accept the fact that he was once hurt, and what he has all along done is to magnify the hurt, going to the extreme to spend his whole life’s energy bearing hatred against this woman who has hurt him. He might have thought this is the way to love or sympathize with himself, failing to learn that doing so will turn out to hurt him more. What’s worse, he knows his problems but he is reluctant to admit them, not to mention go improve, it seems that he likes his identity, he likes the identity he has recklessly given himself as ‘a wounded man’.
In fact, anyone can have a new life if they know their problems and go to solve and improve. You have known your problems for a long time; however, you act like the same old one you used to be, that is you don’t allow yourself to change, mainly you don’t want to change the identity that you have given yourself as ‘a wounded man’. It seems that you enjoy living with such an identity. This problem alone is bigger and a lot more serious than the other problems you know of yourself. Bear in mind that we have to take the wound we suffer seriously and make the most effort to heal it so that we would not fall into the abyss of despair becoming a desperado.

Judy Cheng

Hello friends, I am from Hong Kong, living there and having decent education there. I am a mother of two sons and I work as a veteran counselor at a fully fledgling marital introduction company. I like to share with people some tougher experiences in the area of human relationships, marriage in particular. I find human nature is a mixed blessing. While we are bestowed upon enjoying the advantages of it, we can also flee the disadvantages of it. How? I will tell you in my books and blogs.
