Family members are crucial to a married couple

When a couple can declare the greatest and truest love to their spouse in a marriage vow on their wedding day melting everyone’s heart, they promise they will do as they have declared to each other. As it should, they are able to do so, only, later they find there are not only two of them on their married journey but many others who have also taken part in it creating not a few problems and troubles, rendering them hard to fulfill the commitment they have declared to each other on their wedding day. Who are they? They are the two family members of the married couple.
Family members play a not small role in a couple’s marriage. They can affect the sweetness, strength, and intimacy of a couple wittingly or unwittingly with their words carelessly said or behaviors arbitrarily acted. Many quarrels of a couple are stemmed from family members’ disputes but not the couple themselves.
Given that, there should have one more declaration in the marriage vow promising your spouse that you will love his or her family members as you love yours. And, when the couple has said so, the two family members within the couple have to love this couple too, for love and relationships are mutual. When the two parties’ family members love the couple and one another, such a marriage will acquire the strength enough to become a bond being the strongest.
Who is the most important person among the two family members? She is the mother-in-law. One saying clearly indicates that ‘a fish rots from the head down’. The mother-in-law is the head of the family in the area of relationships, she holds the domination of making or breaking the family members’ marriages or connections. When she leads the family in a manner with decency and love but not her self-interest, bias, or even sophistry, the rest of the family members will know what the family wants them to do and accordingly behave well and properly with love towards one another.
Family members are crucial to a couple’s married life. Never try to boycott or bully any spouse, your family members have married, when you don’t like him or her with an aim of rendering him or her helpless, alone, unloved, and unsupported. It is an evil deed because you are ruining a marriage that is hard to come by when the two have made a lot of effort into it to become a twin of a married couple.

I like to share with people some tougher experiences in the area of human relationships, marriage in particular. I find human nature is a mixed blessing. While we are bestowed upon enjoying the advantages of it, we can also flee the disadvantages of it. How? I will tell you in my books and blogs.
