Expression of feelings and emotions

Many times, when we are unfairly or even badly treated by others, we used to hide our immediate response by veiling our feelings and emotion to show our quality, indicating to them that we are not narrow-minded or most importantly, we don’t want to be viewed as ungenerous by them. However; hiding or ignoring some kinds of unpleasant feelings or bad emotions will only pose some even bigger problems in our lives afterward because it will cast a shadow over us psychologically, rendering us have a feeling that we are so expendable that anyone can arbitrarily bully us or hurt us. Lamentably, what we later discover will be something more horrible, we will come to blame ourselves, hate ourselves, and find ourselves living a life without self-image, self-esteem, or even soul. Being too good a person will become one with no one respect. We must fight for our adequate self-esteem letting others know we are respectful people deserving every bit of fairness and goodness.
Think about how many times we have hidden the above-mentioned feelings and emotions especially when we were in our fledgling time, getting bullied by our classmates, teachers, friends, or even our siblings or parents that we were unable to correctly express ourselves immediately to them to restore our self-esteem. In 2022, set it one of your goals to be courageous enough to properly and correctly express yourself by unveiling your feelings and emotions to achieve a healthy and happy life.

Hello friends, I am from Hong Kong, living there and having decent education there. I am a mother of two sons and I work as a veteran counselor at a fully fledgling marital introduction company. I like to share with people some tougher experiences in the area of human relationships, marriage in particular. I find human nature is a mixed blessing. While we are bestowed upon enjoying the advantages of it, we can also flee the disadvantages of it. How? I will tell you in my books and blogs.
