We cannot find any reason why females cannot have the freedom to dress whatever they want, and when they dress sexily or scantily, they are liable to be assaulted by men sexually, the worst is, the cause of such an assault can be uncivilly attributed to women for their dressing rather than the men’s bad and disgusting behavior when such behavior is exposed in such a clear, obvious and blatant way.

One year in Bangkok Songkran Festival, which lasted for several days, its authority, in the run-up to it, had made a point of warning all the females joining such activity to dress properly, indicating that if they were scantily or sexily clad, they would run the risk of being sexually assaulted by the men there with no one to blame or complaint, not to mention suing them.

Where did the problem lie with this country? Why it could appear so barbaric to raise such an unreasonable demand on females instead of acting right by warning men to have integrity and decency, reminding them to always respect women in the first place by respecting freedom and human right and mainly – LAW – when sexually assaulting a woman under any circumstances is a crime? To a civilized human universe, such a country is anything but righteous. We doubt how it can earn a position in the ranking of world tourism!

A man who would find ways to sexually assault a woman is not a man. In this case, Bangkok is a place evidently dominated by this kind of man rendering its authority incompetent to cope with them. With no clues to effectively solve the problems, they raised such a barbaric demand on women as their last resort. We cannot but cry out for this country’s civilization.
