A male client of mine told me without taking a detour that he had been all the time focused on his business and played down his role as a husband by spending as little time as possible with his ex-wife. That led her to betray him by having a man outside. To him, it was a thunderbolt. To them, that betrayal defied any conclusion but separation after she was brutally exposed. ‘As painful as it was, the separation I suffered was the consequence of my indifference to her. I have no one to blame when I think I cannot blame her too much as well,’ he said with some erupting emotions.

That experience is what I have learned with pain,’ he said without a bit of any kind of embarrassment that I thought men should have. ‘Now what I look for is a woman who would share anything, and I don’t mind if she is divorced or not when I am so. I just think it is good to have a person to share my story and vice versa. Yeah, life should be equal, marriage life as well. Men and women should be equal in a marriage without thinking any side should have privilege so that everything later can make sense.’
